Registered User Purchase
If you completed your order using your registered account, please sign into your Not On The High Street account, visit the 'My Orders' section of your account and click the Contact Seller button attached to your order.
Guest User Purchase
If you completed your purchase as a guest and your order isn't linked to a registered account, you won't have access to contact the Seller directly.
Don't worry - Not On The High Street has a dedicated Customer Service team available via email to support our customers directly.
