The quickest way to find out where your order is, is to contact the seller (the small business who made and dispatched your order) directly. This can be done in the following ways:
- Follow this link to the 'my orders' section of the website and click the ask seller a question button attached to your order.
- If you checked out as a guest user, navigate to the relevant product pages and click the 'Contact Seller' button found at the bottom of the product page. Please remember to include the order number(s) from your confirmation email.
- Look for the following button in your order confirmation email:
Guest Users
If you completed your purchase as a guest and do not have an account, you can contact the Seller from your Order Summary Page. Locate your order confirmation email and here you'll find a link to your personal order summary page. From here you'll be able to contact the seller and view updates on your order, including dispatch and delivery updates. You can find more information on Guest Checkout here
The seller may want to confirm that they have sent your order to the correct address, so please confirm the correct delivery address if requested.

Can I track my order?
Tracking information for your parcel may only be available if the seller offers this service or if you paid for a tracked service specifically. Please check your dispatch confirmation email to see if tracking is available.
