If you have paid for a delivery service which is tracked and you have received a confirmation email that your order has been dispatched by the Seller, you will be able to track your order from your confirmation email.
Simply locate your dispatch confirmation and click on the tracking link located within the email. From here, you will be able to see an update on your delivery.
All order confirmation emails come from donotreply@notonthehighstreet.com and from time to time may land in your Spam/Junk folder, so please do check.
Do not have a tracking reference/or have not received a dispatch email confirmation?
If you do not have a tracking reference and/or have not received a dispatch email confirmation, the quickest way to find out where your order is is to contact the Seller (the small business that made your order). This can be done in the following ways:
Registered User Purchase
Sign in to your Not On The High Street account, go to the 'My Orders' section of the website and click the Contact Seller button attached to your order.
Guest User Purchase
You'll be able to track your order via your dispatch email .
