To upload a photo to your order, please follow one of the below options. Please note: If you have completed your purchase using PayPal as a payment method, you will receive a link to follow in your confirmation email.
Registered User Purchase
If you completed your purchase using your registered Not On The High Street Account account, please sign into your account; click 'My Account' - ' My Orders'. Here you'll find all of your orders linked to your registered account. In your account, please find the relevant order and click the CONTACT THE SELLER button.
Guest User Purchase
If you completed your purchase as a guest and your order isn't linked to a registered account, you won't have access to contact the Seller directly.
Don't worry - Not On The High Street has a dedicated Customer Service team available via email to support our customers directly. There are two options to contact us: either via the Submit a request form or email info@notonthehighstreet.com, where our friendly team will be on hand to help. You can also check to see if our live chat is available.
Additionally, we provide an interactive chatbot located at the bottom right of our website for immediate assistance.
Please provide your order details, and attach your required image/s for us to pass on to the Seller on your behalf. We make sure all photo uploads are at the top of our 'to-do' list!
