If you have multiple email addresses, such as personal, work, shared email accounts with family members, please check all of your emails, as it's easy to accidentally purchase using a different email address than intended. We also find customers can sometimes make a mistake; therefore, they have an error in the email address used to place the order, for example .con instead of .com
If you placed your order using your registered account, please sign in to your Not On The High Street account and go to the 'My Orders' section of your account. Here you'll see all of your successful orders.
Guest Users
If you completed your purchase as a guest and your order isn't linked to a registered account, you won't have access to contact the Seller directly.
