For cancelable products, you have 28 days to notify the Seller if you want to return or exchange the item and another 14 days to send them back. The return period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered.

Before returning your order, you must contact the Seller directly to let them know that you wish to return or exchange your product.
When contacting them to let them know of your return, please ask them to confirm their return address before returning your order.
As an online marketplace, our Sellers have their own return addresses.
It's important to note that the Bristol address that Not On The High Street is registered to is our registered address only, and we do not operate out of this address.
Please do not return your order to this address.
Please note that, as you're liable for the successful return of your order, if your parcel is sent to any address other than the correct address for that particular Seller, this could affect any refund you may be entitled to.
