All cancellable goods purchased between Monday, 17th November and Thursday, 18th December 2025 (inclusive) can be requested to be refunded or exchanged at any time before 9th January 2026. For all cancellable goods purchased on 19th December 2025 or after, our 28-day returns policy applies.
