If you completed your order using a registered account, please sign into your Not On the High Street account, go to the 'My Orders' section of your account and click the Contact Seller button attached to your order.

Guest User Purchase
If you completed your purchase as a guest and your order isn't linked to a registered account, you won't have access to contact the Seller directly.
