How to contact a Partner about your order
If you have questions about your order, the quickest way to resolve your enquiry is to contact a relevant Partner (the small business who made your order). You can do this by following one of the two options below:
- Follow this link to the 'my orders' section of the website and click the ask seller a question button attached to your order.
- If you checked out as a guest user, navigate to the relevant product pages and click the 'Ask Seller' button found under the product name and delivery estimates. Please remember to include the order number(s) from your confirmation email.
Our Partners normally respond to you within 24 hours however we ask for your understanding and patience during these unprecedented times.

You can send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours; if time is pressing then please contact the Partner directly via your notonthehighstreet account.
You can call us between 08:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday on 0203 318 5115. We are also online ready to reply to your emails on Saturday between 08:30 and 17:00.
On Tuesday 4th October our lines will close at midday for team-wide training. Please send us an email during this time and we'll get back to you as soon as we're able. If your enquiry is urgent please contact the Seller of your order via your account or the 'Contact seller' button via the relevant product page.
