If you're unsure your order went through, here's how to check:
Check with your payment provider
First off, and most importantly, please check with your payment provider and ask them to confirm whether the transaction was successful before placing a second order. Depending on which payment method you used to place the order. This will be either your bank issuer, Apple Pay (linked to your card), PayPal, or Klarna
Check your confirmation email
We'll always send a 'Thanks for your order' email to the email address used to place the order. These can be routed to spam or junk folders, so it's good to check there too. To ensure you receive all our emails, simply add donotreply@notonthehighstreet.com to your address book.
Check via your Not On The High Street Account
Please note, you'll only be able to see your order history if you checked out via your Not On The High Street account. If you checked out as a guest, you won't be able to see this
