If you need to upgrade your delivery service or add something more to your order, you may be required to make an additional payment.
To do this, you will need to contact the seller directly to make them aware of the upgrade you require.
The Seller will then reach out to you directly with full instructions on how to complete your payment. It's important to note that the bespoke link that the Seller sends you is only valid for 72 hours, but don't worry, if your link expires, they can always create a new one.
You will receive an email notification of this message to the email address used to place your order. From time to time, these can fall into junk folders, so please do check.
Registered User Purchase
If you completed your purchase using a registered account, you will be able to contact the seller by logging into My Orders and clicking the "Contact The Seller" button attached to your order.
Guest User Purchase
If you completed your purchase as a guest and your order isn't linked to a registered account, you won't have access to contact the Seller directly. Don't worry - we have a dedicated Customer Service team available via email to support our customers directly. Please submit a request form, and our friendly team will be on hand to help. Once submitted, please verify your email to ensure your enquiry reaches us securely. You'll need to click the confirmation link we send to your inbox. (Please check your spam folder)
