If you paid the full amount with a gift voucher, the refund will be credited to your Not On The High Street account and will appear under your ‘My funds' section to be automatically used towards your next purchase with us.
If you paid with a combination of gift voucher and credit/debit card, your payment card will be refunded first (up to the amount originally taken from your payment card), and the remainder will be refunded to your Not On The High Street account and will appear under your ‘my funds’ to be used towards your next purchase with us.
