All gift vouchers must be redeemed within one year of the date they're purchased and will expire after such date.
If vouchers are not used before the 12-month period expires, the funds will be lost.
We offer a grace period of 3 months from the date of expiry for you to contact our Customer Service team to arrange an extension. Please be mindful that we can only offer one extension per gift voucher, and the extended period is by one month only.

A great way to ensure you don't miss out on using your gift voucher is by adding the full gift voucher to your account. You do this by adding a product to your basket, proceeding to the check-out page, and inputting the voucher details. (You do not need to proceed with the purchase; you can simply leave the basket and remove the item.) The gift voucher credit will then be applied to your Not On The High Street account, and will remain on your account until you next place an order, where the funds will automatically be used.
The good news is| that the funds will remain on your account for an unlimited amount of time, and each time you place an order, the funds will be used.
