Do I need to activate my NOTHS & More Membership?
Yes, if you have purchased your NOTHS & More Membership as a guest user, you will need to activate your membership from the activation email sent to you. Your discount will not be applied to future orders, until you have activated your membership and are logged in to the account in which your membership is registered to when making a purchase.
*Membership purchased by a registered logged in user does not require activation
My NOTHS & More Membership activation link is not working?
Your activation link is valid for 30 days from send. If the 30 days has not yet passed, please clear your cookies/cache and re-attempt activation. If this still does not work, please contact customer services here and our team will resend you a new activation link.
If I activate my membership using a current registered account, will the membership link to this account?
Yes, if you input the details of your registered account during activation, this will link the membership to your account.
I have made a purchase and my NOTHS & More discount was not applied?
Membership originally purchased as a guest user requires activation following your purchase. You will have received an email from us to activate your membership, which is valid for 30 days from send.
You also need to be logged into your membership account for your discount to be applied to your order.
If you have checked out as a guest/not logged into your account when completing your purchase, your discount will not be applied to your order and this can not be refunded.
