What is the file limit for uploading one photo/PDF file to my order?
The file size limit for one photo or file is 24MB. If your file size exceeds this amount, you will need to upload an alternative or smaller file size of the image/file you are attempting to upload.
Can I upload multiple photos/PDF files at once?
Yes, from your My Orders page, select the Contact Seller button attached to the order you wish to send your images/files to. From here, you will be able to attach multiple photos/PDF files to your order. Please note that if the total multiple file size exceeds 24MB, your files will not be added to your order, and you will need to either reduce the size of your files or upload them individually.
