If you wish to cancel your order, you can contact the seller by following the below steps and providing your order has not yet been accepted we will be able to cancel your order.
You can contact the Partner directly by signing into your account, clicking on 'My Account' at the top of the page, clicking 'My Orders', select the order you wish to cancel and click on 'Contact the Seller', here you will be able to send a direct message to seller requesting cancellation.
Alternatively so we can make sure the request is actioned ASAP you can chat to our Customer Service or send us an email and we can assist you.
My order has already been accepted:
If your order has already been accepted by the seller, it might not be possible to cancel your order as it may have already gone into production, however you can still contact the Partner or give us a call to check if cancellation is still possible.
