How are you supporting small businesses through this time?
In March, we gave you our word that we’d do all we can to shine a light on our 5,000 small creative businesses. Because, now more than ever, they need our unfaltering, flag-waving support. So we’ve been championing our socks off, drawing upon this phenomenal community to share creative inspiration, unique ideas, positivity and practical pointers.
We’re humbled by the sunshine our Partners have been spreading, at a time when people need it most. Birthdays. Date nights. Letterbox hugs. Activities for little ones. But, most of all, the way they’ve helped us stay connected when most of us have never been further apart.
We also promised to embody the thoughtfulness our brand was built upon and we continue to lead with kindness and hope. So we’ll carry on working around the clock to do the right thing for our people, Partners, business and customers, and spreading some good.
Above all else, we want to thank you wonderful bunch for supporting notonthehighstreet. It means the world to us and our small business Partners.
Can I still place orders with notonthehighstreet?
Absolutely. We’re working with our 5,000 Partners to make sure you can continue to be your most thoughtful self. Our Customer Services team is also on hand to help with anything you might need.
How are you looking after your Partners specifically?
We’re providing Partners with clear guidance from Public Health England, and helping them to understand the various measures announced by the Government to support small businesses. We’re also sharing updates to show how we’re supporting them operationally and commercially.
How are you looking after your team?
The notonthehighstreet team are busy beavering away from home and there’s a lot going on behind the scenes to make sure Team NOTHS are supported and safe.
What are you doing to ensure that Coronavirus is not spread through products your Partners are selling?
There is currently no evidence to show that the Coronavirus can be spread via products. We’re working with our Partners to provide clear guidance on best practice.
Is it safe to receive packages from your Partners?
According to current advice, it’s safe to receive packages. We continue to closely monitor all government and Public Health England advice and will let Partners and customers know if anything changes.
Will my package still be delivered in time?
Our small businesses, and the delivery companies they work with, are doing all they can to meet every delivery date. We’re also working with our Partners to ensure delivery details are correct at the time of dispatching your order. However, due to the unusual circumstances within the UK, some deliveries may arrive later than expected. Although this isn’t the experience we’d hope for our customers, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
What is the returns policy? How can I return an order if I am unable to do so due to self-isolation?
Our returns policy can be found here. If you’re unable to return an order due self-isolation, please get in touch with our Customer Service team who will be happy to help.
