- Note your order number, which can be found in the order confirmation email you received (to the email address linked to your PayPal account, check your junk or spam folders if it's not arrived).
- Find the product you ordered on notonthehighstreet.
- Use the 'Ask seller' button to ask the seller directly.
- Be sure to include your order number.
