Contacting the Seller is by far the quickest possible way to resolve your issue, as they're the small creative business who made your order. To do so when you’ve checked out as a guest, simply:
- Note your order number, which can be found in the order confirmation email you received (if you checked out using PayPal Express your order confirmation will have been sent to the email address linked to your PayPal account and we'd also recommend checking your junk or spam folders if it's not arrived).
- Find the product you ordered on notonthehighstreet.
- Use the 'Contact seller' button found towards to end of the product page to ask the seller directly.
- Be sure to include your order number.
