If you have completed your order via Guest Checkout, you can contact the Seller by your Order Summary Page.
Simply locate your order confirmation email and here you'll find a link to your personal order summary page.
Here you'll be able to view updates to your order journey including dispatch and delivery updates.
Can I create an account from a guest order?
Yes! From the order summary page you'll have the option to create an account using the email address linked to your order. You'll be prompted to create a secure password which will enable access to your new account.
We recommend creating an account so you can view your purchase history and keep in touch with the Seller of your order.
