Please log in to your account, go to ‘my orders’ and then click the ‘Contact the seller’ button so you can request that the Partner amend the delivery details as soon as possible. You can also follow the link in your confirmation email.
Alternatively please call us or use our Live Chat function during our opening hours so you can let us know and we’ll notify the Partner on your behalf.
If your order is dispatched to the wrong address and it is lost, a new order will need to be placed at your expense.
