To return an item when you checked out as a guest, look to the dispatch note included with your order. There, you will find the return address and can send the item back along with a letter explaining why for the Partner. You can also send them a message directly by going to the web page for the item you ordered and clicking on "Contact the Seller". Be sure to include the order number and your email address.
Please note that items must be returned in saleable condition and with the original packaging. Personalised items can not be returned.
Once you have received your item, you have 28 days to let the seller know you'd like to return it, it and then an additional 14 days from letting the Seller know to get it sent off.
